Our players had an absolute blast as they embarked on a weekend filled with expert-led sessions designed to hone their minds, bodies, and skills, all thanks to our phenomenal guest coaches.

Throughout the weekend, our players had the privilege of delving into mindset coaching, undergoing rigorous fitness testing, absorbing invaluable nutrition insights, and mastering essential attacking and defensive skills in immersive workshops.
But it wasn't just the players who benefited! Parents also received mindset coaching, equipping them with the tools to support their budding athletes. They were also treated to an overview of the club, club, its expectations, and introduced to the broader club committee and coaching team.
